This reminds me that I should add a micro agent to split long news artifacts into shorter, discourse-aware paragraphs, regardless of the format they come in. In this case, the paragraphs are much too long.

A micro agent that splits long news artifacts into smaller, discourse-aware paragraphs would improve almost every downstream task in the pipeline:

• Effect detection can better pinpoint bias tied to specific rhetorical moves.
• Needs detection becomes more precise.
